KPI Pager sends operational SMS alerts to your team based on thresholds you configure. We collect the minimum data necessary to deliver those alerts and operate the service.

What we collect

• Contact information provided by you (names, phone numbers, email addresses).
• Operational metrics needed to compute alerts (e.g., order counts, AHT, inventory levels).
• Alert logs (timestamp, metric, recipients, delivery status).

“Text me a sample”

When you submit your phone number on our site for a one‑time sample SMS, we use it only to send that message. 1 msg/request. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. We do not sell or share your number.

Data retention

Alert logs are retained for operational troubleshooting and auditing, then deleted on a rolling schedule. You may request deletion at any time: support@kpipager.com.

Processors

We use reputable processors for messaging and hosting (e.g., Twilio, Cloudflare). These processors act on our instructions to deliver messages.

Security

We apply least‑privilege access, encryption in transit, and hardened defaults. Do not transmit customer PII in alert messages; use order IDs and metrics only.
